Proof of Service (print and delivery): $34.00
Meeting signer who has documents: $45.00 per hour or fraction thereof.
Printing up to 30 pages, notarizing and shipping: $70.00 per hour.
30 pages or more: $83.00 per hour.
Real Estate Loan Signing (HELOC, Refinance or Purchase-flat fee): $150.00 (copy to signer: add $10.00)
Additional fees (negotiable) will be charged for distance out of general service area and weekend appointments.
